Refund Policy
Effective date: February 20, 2026
Automatic Credit Refunds
If a transposition is within 7 days of creation, submitting a credit refund request can automatically return 1 credit.
Older Jobs
If a transposition is older than 7 days, your request goes to manual review and no automatic refund is applied.
Important Notes
- Refund requests are tied to a specific transposition record.
- When auto-refunded, that transposition record is marked refunded and download is blocked for that record.
- Duplicate refund requests for the same transposition may be rejected.
How to Request
- Open the Support tab.
- Choose Request for Credit Refund.
- Include as many info as feasible.
