1. Service
Chord Transposer provides automated chord transposition tools for uploaded documents and images.
2. Acceptable Use
- You must have rights to upload and process the content you submit.
- You may not use the service for unlawful, abusive, or harmful activities.
- You may not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or compromise the platform.
3. Output Quality Disclaimer
Results are generated automatically and may be imperfect, especially for scanned or low-quality files. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before use.
4. Accounts and Security
You are responsible for maintaining access to your Google account and any connected credentials.
5. Credits, Purchases, and Refunds
Credits are required for certain operations. Purchases are processed by Stripe. Refund handling follows the posted refund policy.
6. Intellectual Property
You retain rights in your uploaded content. By using the service, you grant limited rights necessary for processing and delivering results.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised terms.
